Park View City’s No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been officially sanctioned by the Capital Development Authority (CDA), marking it as a significant project spanning over 7000 Kanal of prime land in Islamabad. The management of the residential society has obtained approval for 1067.90 Kanal from the development authority.
The approval letter, issued under reference No. CDA/PLW/Zone-4(94)/12/Vol-I/168, initially granted the NOC on 11-01-2021 but was temporarily suspended following a judgment by the Islamabad High Court in WP No. 3877/2019. Subsequently, after legal proceedings, the NOC and LOP (Letter of Possession) for the residential society were reissued by the Supreme Court of Pakistan on 20-10-2022.
